Verizon has unveiled PowerMyStartup.com, a program providing early-stage startups with communications, strategic, and operational support. The Power My Startup Kit includes a pair of Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones, a Verizon Mi-Fi, a Samsung Galaxy Tab, a Verizon Power Pack, and a growing suite of software, free for up to a year.
Additionally, a few of the accepted will get highlighted in a series of videos to be produced by Verizon. Startups will be able to use the photo and video assets for their own PR purposes.
The program is currently offered only to startups in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex, but will be opening to more cities, to be announced soon. Startups can apply here or follow @verizonDFW on Twitter.
