As a part of the partnership agreement, XtraCover will help Acer retain its customers by offering seamless after-sales support services involving out-of-warranty parts. This pan-India partnership will ensure that XtraCover offers Acer’s genuine parts to its customers whose devices are out of warranty. The company’s ASP will also be geared to fix the spares on-site.

Talking about the exclusive partnership, Soumitra Gupta, CEO of XtraCover said, “The customer options of finding genuine spare parts is complex. By partnering with Acer, we shall bring about higher efficiency in delivering Acer’s genuine spare parts, thus ensuring a smoother supply chain. We are delighted to have Acer as our partner in the journey of solving customer experience related to out-of-warranty service and sourcing genuine spare parts.”
