The Tech Panda spoke to Avneesh Agarwal, Founder and CEO at SpeckyFox, about the startup’s journey and growth story.

“We are in the IT services business and have been in this business for the last three years. As per our experience, we have found that there is a degradation in the quality of the services, the firms/consultants are missing their commitments, and there is a lack of trust between the parties,” he says.

“We are aiming to set the goals and the expectations clearly with a great operational culture within the organization. This is helping us to set the right expectations helping to meet the quality goals,” he adds.

What They Do

The startup is developing and has developed many web apps, mobile apps with the latest software solution technology, allowing companies to easily transform their legacy operations in such a way that work becomes smooth and easy.

SpeckyFox is not only helping the clients in their businesses, but it is also investing in the startups and providing them a path and guidance to allow them to ideate to launch and post-launch support and ensure to deliver competitive products.

Agarwal has over 22 years of experience in software development and testing, and professional services. He is also an avid investor in various startups both within India and abroad.

Origin and Inspiration

Looking at the stressful work environment that is associated with a startup’s work culture, Agarwal decided to change this perception.

“There is an environment in the startup ecosystem where people expect and assume that the team works for 12-16 hours per day. We were seeing a lot of stress in the work environments, no work-life balance, and insecurity,” says the IIT Varanasi (BHU) B-Tech graduate and M.S. Software Systems from BITS Pilani.

“To cater to these concerns, we thought to launch our company and showcase that a startup can have job security, work-life balance, and can have great employee job satisfaction. With this goal in mind, we are taking care of our employees as a family. This has helped us to grow with great client satisfaction,” he adds.

Growth Story

SpeckyFox believes in innovative work culture and is on a mission to become one of the most professional, ethical, and trustworthy organizations with a great employee-friendly culture.

Within three years, SpeckyFox has successfully expanded its wings across different continents and is working with big clients and highly funded startups. As of March 31st, 2021, the team has worked for about 30 clients with a great satisfaction level.

Agarwal says they don’t consider other services companies as their competitors.

So far, the startup has been working for clients in Canada, the US, Australia, and India. They hope to spread their wings to Europe as well.

“As far as our revenues are concerned, we started from zero and at this moment are doubling tripling our revenues and team strength every year,” he adds.

He further says that the startup’s future goals include “building the leadership layer, continuing to build a stronger sales and marketing team, bring more employee benefits, and focussing on the training within the system.”
