QuickBlox Introduces On-The-Go AI Companion

Artificial intelligence (AI) assistants are becoming indispensable in today’s society. One can find them everywhere, from smartphones to the Fortune 500. In fact, the number of AI assistants on the market is only increasing, and we can expect them to become even more integrated into our lives. 

This week saw the introduction of one the most promising ones, with the launch by communications platform QuickBlox of its AI SmartChat Assistant.

The new product is looking to disrupt the CPaaS landscape by introducing cutting-edge, no-code-required chatbot integration. Developers using the QuickBlox Platform can effortlessly build and integrate AI virtual assistants into their apps in a matter of minutes.

SmartChat Assistant has been integrated into the company’s backend platform, and is also available as a plug-in widget.

AI solutions will also be available as part of QuickBlox’s white-label video-calling solution, Q-Consultation, offered as open-source code.
