To fulfil our userbase’s demands our team introduced these upgrades. VideoMeet’s unique framework also encapsulates the sensitive meeting room feature for hosting smaller and secure meetings.”

Hosting Annual General Meetings

The platform has also recently rolled out an array of new updates for the corporate, government and services sector. The application now allows hosting of Annual General Meetings (AGMs), which are an essential yearly event in every Indian company. It addresses all the legal compliances of an AGM with the additional advantage of easy log in and compressed data usage.

10K Plus Participants

The platform has increased its capacity for participants from 2000 to more than 10,000. Even a political rally or a town hall for university with lakhs of people can be supported, they claim. Some of the other additional upgrades introduced are multiple host facility, and authority of the host to unmute the participant upon his acceptance of the request.

Data Security and Privacy

The platform promises full data security and complete privacy to every user with its end-to-end encryption. Applications such as screen recording, screen share, music share, flip cameras, and chat during video calls are also there. The application currently clocks around 200,000 meeting minutes every day.

No need for App Download

The platform has done away with the hassle of app download in PCs. This means users can simply attend meetings by clicking the link. Only smartphone and tablet users need the application to be downloaded for use.

Other Features

Other enhanced features include attendance, recording of audio/video, ease of QnA exchange, and branded virtual rooms to reinstate the virtual appeal. Even a transcript of an entire meeting can be made available.

Each meeting can have a set of speakers, panellist participants and attendees distinctively identified with the app’s unique features.
