Facebook Tells Its Own Earnings Story, in Slides

Facebook’s Q2 earnings are in, and the company was nice enough to give us a guided tour of how it has fared this quarter.

Ad revenue was up 28 percent, to $992 million. Engagement is up across the board, with a 29 percent year-on-year increase in monthly active users to a high of 955 million, and a whopping 67 percent year-on-year increase in Mobile MAUs, now at 543 million.

Not enough for Wall Street, which wanted more: Shares of Facebook set a record low for the company, down approximately 10 percent and dipping below $25 per share in after-hours trading.
