Eventbrite is a website that allows event organizers to plan, set up ticket sales and promote events of any size and publicize them across Facebook, Twitter and other social-networking tools directly from the site’s interface.
Eventbrite gives a fresh take at event ticketing and discovery and is becoming big globally. Eventbrite recently raised another $60 million in growth capital financing led by Tiger Global, and including T. Rowe Price. The last funding round was a Series E worth $50 million in March 2011.
