eSports business landscape has been busy

Today, eSports has come to a point when there isn’t a lack of business in the ecosystem. Recently, Microsoft’s US$69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard opened the door to the biggest ever gaming deal being cleared.

In October, the Singapore subsidiary of NODWIN Gaming acquired a 100% stake in game marketing agency PublishME for a sum of US$2 million from its existing shareholders Nazara Technologies Limited and Ozgur Ozalp. The acquisition will provide the essential tailwinds for NODWIN Gaming to drive its mission of leading the emerging market sports media landscape.
