CloudBlue, one of the world’s leading cloud companies, is continuing to ramp up its M&A activity. Today it’s announcing that it has acquired Harmony Business Systems, parent company of HarmonyPSA, an open-platform PSA solution that aims to scale services-based revenue and reduce operational complexities.
Terms of the two new deals aren’t being disclosed. UK-based HBS will independently operate HarmonyPSA, to serve customers around the world.
Founded over a decade ago and with customers in over a dozen countries, HarmonyPSA’s platform has one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry. The platform was purpose-built to manage any type of service by unifying sales, operations and finance functions.
Considered the most complete cloud PSA software on the market, its solutions include automated billing and reconciliation, real-time profitability analysis, an industry-leading customer support center and network operations center.
