Best Nokia Dual SIM Mobiles In 2013

Nokia was once a superpower manufacturer and had a monopoly in India starting with its oldest versions that made its way into a developing country. It won’t be far from truth to say that Nokia had a hand in evolving the smartphone industry in India. Nokia’s models were a luxury to own and ended up costing more just to call than the mobile itself. But now the giant manufacturer is close to a struggle of its survival with their Windows 8 Lumia models. Since India is still a developing country and has many who cannot afford high-end gadgets in the market, Nokia is using that as an opportunity to raise itself from the near ashes state.

So, with that said, Nokia is pushing on the sales of their dual-SIM Asha models in India to cater to different type of users. And we have really nice and good models from Nokia that are either upcoming or released to study and see if they can stick in the market of low budget Android smartphones that other local manufacturers like Karbonn and Micromax are providing. Let us have a look at some of the best Nokia dual SIM mobile phones of this year.

Nokia Asha 210

Nokia is going to release a QWERTY keyboard model, named Asha 210, that will be available in the next couple of months. It comes with a 2.4-inch LCD display of 320 x 240 pixels resolution and a 2MP camera. The internal storage is quite small with only 64MB support but external storage can be increased up to 32GB. It also supports GPRS/EDGE and Wi-Fi. The physical keyboard will have a dedicated WhatsApp messenger button and Asha 210 supports other apps as well. The price for this model is around Rs. 4,000.

Nokia Asha 310

Next is Asha 310 – but it is not going to have a QWERTY keyboard and instead will be a 3-inch touchscreen display at 240 x 400 pixels resolution at 155ppi. The in-built storage is 20MB with support for external storage up to 32GB. There is a 2MP camera as well. This mobile also has support for many apps like Facebook, Twitter and comes with an offer of free games by EA. It will be released soon as well in the mid-2013 and is priced at around Rs 5,500.

Nokia Asha 305

Now, we have Asha 305 and it sounds like a good deal for an average price. The display screen is 3-inches with 240 x 400 pixels resolution. Internal storage supports 64MB and expandable storage is up to 32GB. There is 2MP camera and gives connectivity via W-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, and also supports Nokia Maps, Java and Email. It is priced at Rs. 4,395 and is available to purchase from Nokia’s website.

Nokia Asha 308

Asha 308 comes with a 3-inches display screen with 240 x 400 pixels resolution like the other models and has 20MB internal storage with 32GB support for external storage, 2MP camera with video recording and zoom features. You can connect via 2G/GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth and USB. Unfortunately, it does not support Wi-Fi. The mobile has email and browser support, radio, music player, gaming, MMS and other features.

Nokia Asha 501

Last but definitely not the least is once again a soon to be released model, Asha 501. It comes with a 3-inch QVGA display of 320 x 240 pixels resolution and support for a 32GB memory card. There is a 3.2MP camera without flash and connection via 2G/GPRS and Wi-Fi. There is support for Java based applications and games and some apps come pre-installed like Facebook and Twitter. EA once again offers free games to download. And this one will be priced at around Rs. 5,600 and will be available in the next coming months.
