FEATURES

  • With this implementation, outbound collection call is now monitored, analysed and assessed to ensure conversations are conducted in an appropriate, respectful and consistent manner, aligned with responsible collection practices and internal governance standards.
  • From limited manual call sampling to technology-enabled monitoring at scale, enabling stronger and more consistent supervision across customer interactions.
  • Provides deeper insights into customer conversations, guiding teams on appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Enables standards-driven communication, compliant and conduct-led interactions, and higher-quality customer conversations, while supporting proportionate engagement, reducing repeat outreach and improving clarity across the collections process.
  • Designed with a governance and compliance-first approach, reinforcing responsible collection practices and strengthening customer protection across the collections process.
  • Calls flagged for potential deviations from expected conduct are identified and escalated through a structured review process, enabling prompt and appropriate corrective action, where required.
  • Insights from monitored conversations help address recurring customer concerns and reduce friction during repayment discussions.
  • Deployed in a live, high-volume collections environment

Healthtech: Tie Up to Develop AI-Based Rehab for Children with Cerebral Palsy, Autism & ADHD

BeAble Health,  a healthtech company developing AI-enabled, game-based rehabilitation technologies, has signed a tripartite agreement with  Jeevaniyam Research Center, and Centre for Healthcare Entrepreneurship (CfHE)–IIT Hyderabad to develop, clinically validate, and scale affordable AI-led rehabilitation for children with neuro-developmental and neuro-muscular conditions such as Cerebral Palsy (CP), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and ADHD.

Professor Renu John, IIT-Hyderabad, said, “Our focus has always been on helping innovations move from the lab to real-world impact. Through this collaboration, BeAble Health and Jeevaniyam will access our prototyping infrastructure, receive mentorship on regulatory pathways, IP strategy, and business planning, and gain help connecting the initiative with investors, industry partners, and the broader healthcare ecosystem. We aim to help accelerate the development and scale-up of technology-led rehabilitation solutions that can improve access to care for children with neurological and developmental conditions.”

FEATURES

  • On the technology front, BeAble’s flagship device ArmAble, designed for motor rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy (CP) and neuromuscular disorders, will undergo usability testing, clinical validation, and formal clinical trials at Jeevaniyam’s Cochin facility. Product improvements will be guided by real-world feedback from paediatric patients and therapists to ensure the device is safe, age-appropriate, and effective for Indian children.
  • On the training and skills front, structured programs will be delivered for paediatric therapists, clinicians, and students to build confidence in using rehabilitation technology in paediatric care. Student internships and academic projects at Jeevaniyam and IIT Hyderabad will help develop a skilled workforce at the intersection of clinical rehabilitation and biomedical engineering.
  • On the research and innovation front, the partners will conduct IEC/IRB-approved clinical studies and generate peer-reviewed evidence on rehabilitation outcomes for children with CP, ASD, ADHD, and neuromuscular disorders—an area where Indian paediatric data remains limited. CfHE–IIT Hyderabad will also support joint grant and CSR funding applications, provide prototyping infrastructure, and mentor BeAble on regulatory pathways to accelerate product development and commercialisation.

RegTech: Industry-First DPDP Act Compliant Consent Manager for Housing Societies

With the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act now in force, Management Committees are formally recognised as Data Fiduciaries, as they collect resident data and determine the purpose for which it is used. In this role, committees are legally responsible for ensuring that personal data is used only for the purpose for which it was collected, unless residents explicitly consent to additional use. To help housing societies align quickly with this new framework, ADDA.io has introduced an industry-first Consent Manager within its platform, enabling communities to clearly separate official communication from optional promotional communication while giving residents control over their consent preferences.

Krishanu Mukherjee, AVP-Growth of ADDA.io said, “Apartment Management Committees already have many battles to fight. With ADDA.io’s Consent Manager, which is deeply embedded into the platform architecture, they get peace of mind on DPDP compliance and have one less battle to worry about. Since the penalty for non-compliance under the DPDP Act can go up to INR250 crore, we wanted to ensure that communities using ADDA are ready and compliant as early as possible.”

FEATURES

  • The first structured Consent Manager framework designed specifically for housing society software, establishing a clear standard for how resident consent should be handled in community apps.
  • The feature is now available across the ADDA App and ADDA ERP used by thousands of apartment communities.
  • Creates a structured separation between essential community communication and optional promotional communication. Residents can choose whether they want to receive optional offers or marketing messages and can withdraw that consent at any time through the app.

Conversational AI: The World’s First Open Full-Duplex Conversational AI Model in Hindi

Josh Talks, a company building large-scale speech datasets and evaluation infrastructure for AI, announced the development of the world’s first full-duplex conversational AI model in Hindi, an AI system capable of listening and speaking at the same time, enabling voice interactions that more closely resemble natural human conversation.

Shobhit Banga, Co-Founder, Josh Talks, said, “Voice AI has learned to recognise speech and generate speech. What it has not yet learned well is how to participate in conversation. This research shows that when models are trained on large-scale natural dialogue, they can begin to learn the rhythm of how people actually speak to each other. By building this infrastructure using Hindi conversations, we have demonstrated that full-duplex conversational systems can be developed beyond English. The mission of Josh Talks AI is to make machines talk like humans. The 26,000-hour conversational dataset used for this work represents the first milestone in a broader effort to build a one-million-hour corpus of natural conversations, one of the largest datasets ever created for conversational voice AI.”

FEATURES

  • The model can listen and speak simultaneously, enabling AI conversations that mirror how people actually talk
  • Trained on 26,000 hours of real Hindi conversations across 14,695 speakers, capturing interruptions, pauses and natural dialogue flow
  • Demonstrates how large-scale conversational datasets can unlock next-generation voice AI for Indian languages

Marketing Technology: Agents Powered by Unified Intelligence for Creative Work

Luma launched Luma Agents, a new class of AI collaborators capable of executing end-to-end creative work across text, image, video, and audio. Designed for agencies, marketing teams, studios, and enterprise organizations who aspire to scale creative output without sacrificing quality, Luma Agents maintain full context from initial brief to final delivery – coordinating tools, models, and iterations within one unified system.

“Creative work has never lacked ambition, it’s lacked execution capacity,” said Amit Jain, Co-Founder and CEO of Luma. “Creative teams shouldn’t have to spend their time orchestrating tools. They should spend it creating. Agents aren’t shortcuts. They’re collaborators that maintain context, coordinate execution, and advance projects so teams can focus on taste, direction, and strategy.”

FEATURES

  • Execute projects end-to-end, from planning through production and delivery
  • Maintain shared context across text, image, video, and audio
  • Advance multiple creative directions in parallel
  • Evaluate and refine outputs instead of generating one-shot results
  • Integrate into enterprise tools and production systems via API
